Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Under the glow of the moon, the towering pines cast their shadows against the cerulean night sky. The scene is both serene and mysterious, as the pines stand tall and silent, their shadows dancing in the moonlight.
Artist's Statement:
I was inspired to create this series of paintings by the beauty of the night sky and the mystery of the forest. I wanted to capture the feeling of awe and wonder that I experience when I look up at the stars and see the shadows of the trees dancing in the moonlight.
Lourry Legarde is a talented artist whose work encompasses a variety of mediums, from traditional oils to photography and digital paintings. Glowing with vibrant color and rich hues, her creations ring with emotion, while deftly capturing life's cherished moments. Lourry began creating art at an early age and was always the designated artist even in grade school. Art, she says, is something that's always been in me. Her creative techniques allow her to create awe-inspiring images that are products of her imagination and emotions.
